Paul’s Chicken Spinach Salad
3oz roasted white chicken breast chopped
3 cups fresh organic spinach
half a pepper chopped and diced
half an apple chopped and diced
1 cup fresh stawberries sliced in halves
2 tbls pecans
1 oz crumbled feta cheese
Dressing is 3 tbls balsamic vinegar, 1 tbls olive oil, 1 tsp warmed honey.
Just through all the ingredients in a big bowl.
Mix the dressing in a cup and pour in.
Mix the dressing and ingredients by hand so that it is distributed evenly.
